Personal Training for Everyone

Our one-on-one sessions focus on strength training and are for clients of all skill levels, including professional athletes. An initial consultation with bio-metric screening allows us to craft a personalized workout plan as well as a food plan. We can provide services in-house or at a location of your choice, though off-site training may cost a little more.


We offer gold, silver, and bronze packages ranging in price from $140 to $1,040. All services require a commitment of one, three, six, or twelve months. Sessions last from 30 minutes to 60 minutes and are customized to fit your individual needs and fitness goals. Whatever your approach, we offer support during and after the workouts to help you maintain your healthy new lifestyle.

My passion for sports, fitness, and health has led me to become a NASM Certified personal trainer. Growing up in Newport News, Va sports were my way of staying grounded. Football, wrestling, and various other activities kept me physically challenging myself throughout my adolescent years. In 2004 I went into the Marine Corps where I learned the value of leadership, hard work, determination, and accountability. Throughout my life, I have been through many struggles, and it has taught me that it's not the struggles you’ve been through but how you rebound from those struggles. As a Personal trainer, my goal is to motivate, guide, teach, and develop a fitness program specifically catered to you. With my enthusiasm and your hard work, we can make your fitness goals a reality. “Strive 2 be Better, Grind 2 be Greater”
