Fitness Boot Camp for a Healthier You

Reach your physical potential by enrolling in the fitness boot camp at The Spot For Fitness in Greensboro, North Carolina. These women-only classes are designed for maximum calorie burning in a limited amount of time. You'll get fit and healthy while having your mind and your body challenged as we make fitness fun. Flexible Workouts

Our 40-minute indoor classes are a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. Because you'll never do the same workout twice, your body won't plateau, meaning you'll continue to see significant gains, month after month. Our scientifically proven exercise formula will increase your metabolism for 12 to 16 hours after your workout, making your body burn fat for hours after you're done working out. In our team environment, you'll be encouraged by both trainers and fellow boot campers.


Make the Commitment

Clients must sign up for a six-month or one-year commitment. Every four weeks we hold a competition with prizes such as a spa day, trophies, discounted services, or money. Included in your boot camp is a detailed meal plan, biometric screening to determine body fat, an initial body assessment, and a complete training system to allow you to work out anywhere. Classes are held Monday through Friday at 5:30 a.m. and Monday through Thursday at 6 p.m.
